7 cavity Rare Madeleine Cornbread Turks Head Bahulu Sponge Cake mold

Description

This mould is made from cast iron / cast aluminum.
Rust free metal and easy to maintains when it is no in use.
It can be used as muffin pan
or corn bread.
Tips: For a new mold, pour cooking oil into the cavity, preheat in an oven 70-80 degree celcius for 10 minutes. This is done to avoid the batter stick to the mold after it is cooked.
Remove the preheated mould out from the oven. Fill the mould with the batter until 3/4 full.
Diameter : 19cm / 7.48 inch
NOTE: The cookware doesn't come with lid. As an option, you can use pans lid or pot's lid.
Dinner plate can cover the mold too.
