.THIS LOWER UNIT WAS REMOVED FROM A 1998 225HP 25". Please be certain the lower unit will fit your particular shaft length, model and year before bidding.  This is the 25"  lower unit/gear case. WE DO HAVE 20" AND 30" LOWER IN STOCK FOR ADDITIONAL PRICE.  Please see the pictures below.  Unit will come with new water pump kit & new gear lube...just unbolt your other unit and bolt this on!!
